The ELC is made up of volunteer participants that meet with the Alderwoman and her Committee on Environmental Protection and Energy team to explore environmental issues in the 49th Ward and the City. This council works on research and projects that give recommendations to the Alderwoman for

policies and programs to help our neighbors and our City!
