This CLC subcommittee, led by Co-Chair Sam Young, is dedicated to helping residents thrive—not just survive—by connecting them to the neighborhood’s network of resources.

Through the development of the 49th Ward Resource Map, the subcommittee is creating an accessible tool that highlights local assets in:
